I just thought I’d share this as some people here may find it interesting. The fact that it is so impermanent is quite unique and a bit sad — the final result is wonderful imo.

Experimental photography using leaves as a light-sensitive surface for creating photographs. The technology of photography can be aligned with leaves' natural process of using light for creation.

Theres a bit more on the process here:

I saw an exhibit by this fellow (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZknDzj0GLZs) some time ago. Fascinating. I need to experiment with this process.

I've seen some of this photographer's leaf work:

First time I've seen leaf prints in person and agree it is fascinating. And looks like it's not an easy process.
