I've come across this lens with a Copal 0 press shutter. Would it be any good for 4x5 photography? Most of what I can find on-line about it seems to refer to it as an enlarge lens.

It is indeed an enlarger lens...but that's not such a big problem.
This lens probably does not have sufficient coverage to be very useful on 4x5.
A 150mm Comparon (or Componon) it would make a fine lens for 4x5.

It's a good macro lens. PM Dan Fromm for specifics.

Does anyone know what the image circle would be for this lens?

I'm gonna guess that this lens is related to the Schneider Xenar...specifically, that its construction is 4 elements in 3 groups. Based upon this assumption, it probably covers about 60* with an image circle radius of around 125 mm or so. It would be well suited to 6x9 (medium format roll film) or perhaps, 2-1/4 X 3-1/4 sheet film.

That's because it is an enlarging lens.

Manufacturers don't make claims about enlarging lenses' image circles at infinity. Instead they recommend the largest negative for which the lens should be used. The 105/4.5 Comparon is recommended for nominal 6x9, actual 56x82. This implies a 100 mm circle at infinity. I have one, have shot it only on 2x3 (2.25" x 3.25", the imperial equivalent of 6x9). Not good at infinity.
