sinar bino magnifier to horseman 450

Hi

Can anybody, please advise how to mount a Sinar binocular magnifier on a Horseman 450 camera?

The Horseman has a spring-type ground glass frame to which nothing can be attached.
Otherwise the magnifier can be mounted on the rear frame, but then the ground glass is not inbetween.

Which accessory do I exactly need for this ?

Hello, I use the Sinar bino viewer on my Horseman LS.

Here's the deal: The Horseman viewer is connected to an adapter that snaps into the Horseman ground glass. If you happen to buy a used Horsemen viewer, it may or may not come with this adapter. Also, when this adapter alone is connected to the ground glass frame, you can attach any bellows to it to help you compose the image with no dark cloth.

I was lucky enough to find the Horseman adapter brand new on eBay with nothing attached to it. My Sinar viewer was a tight fit, but it snaps in nicely (you have to apply pressure) and the tab locks it in place perfectly.

I'll post pictures when I have time. It is definitely a rare accessory.

The adapter frame often gets accidentally left on the camera body when an outfit is split up......I've come across this situation twice!

Attaching a photo in case it helps in your search. The viewer clamps on the side facing you and can swing out the way for fine focusing with a lupe.
