How do you open a Wista 45DX???

Just received mine from UPS and I cannot figure out how to open.. DUH! I am used to a Super Graphic.
I have loosened the nuts on the sides for the back but there appears to be some other latch holding it closed.

Never mind I figured it out... That magnet was stronger than I would have thought. I did not wish to break anything.
