ADOLPH RAPP - Glass negative exhibiton is now open

Location is in Glasgow, Kentucky. At the South Central Kentucky Cultural Center.
We are pleased to have an exhibition of local photographs and photographers.
Timeframe is from 1855-1920. It will be open till June 1st, 2015.
One of the aspects will be ,previously not shown, daily life photographs. As well
as some silver gelatin prints made from the glass negatives, from the personal
collection of Adolph Rapp. A well known and prolific photographer in Glasgow, Ky.
His work covers abt. 1890 to 1920.
Be assured of a warm and cordial welcome.

I would like to see this, the glass plates are unique in themselves but from 1855 to 1920 would be even more interesting.

Just to eliminate confusion. The plates date to about 1890 onward. The photographs 1870 and the photographers do go back to 1855.
October of 1855 we have the Glasgow Journal with William Key Winn's ad as a photographer.
