film imported or USA

i am in the process to buy some portra VC 4x5 film, and i was looking at prices on the web.
I've notice that BH sell USA film and imported Films, pro and cons ?

I may be wrong, but I don't think that B&H sells imported Portra VC in 4x5.

I have no experience with imported or "USAW " color film. I purchased some USAW TMZ once and used it without problem.
