They do it every year but it's like June or July when they send out the list of films.

Simon from Ilford (a board member I believe) will post on APUG when it happens.

I kept trying to get him here but he likes one gateway and they can advertise there so that makes sense business wise.

Anyway someone usually cross-posts it here, and it's always announced on the Ilford website under their announcements section.
