I have a dark cloth--a thick green felt material without a label. It seems every nice. I want to figure out what it is worth--I'm unloading a bunch of gear to lighten my life :)

It is a sort of olive green color and has an embroidered red star in the corner (or a red leaf--Canada??).

Came with an old Sinar Norma so it could be obscure...any idea what brand this is?

You can probably rule out Canadian.
Our Maple Leaf is very distinctive.

How do you know it was originally intended for use as a dark cloth?
A photo of the emblem would help a lot.

This smacks as another all too familiar attempt to solicit an offer to purchase without stating a selling price and posting a FS ad in the classifieds. Wassamatter? You don't want to check eBay completed listings? Can't find a "green felt blankie previous sales" list? Have you done your homework before taking this tack? Are your 1,655 previous posts and 128-month posting history nothing more than some scam to circumvent the forum rules? And, will you take $5 CDN for it, shipping included?

Flirting a bit too close to politics for my taste...

When did this forum turn into a combination of Antiques Roadshow and The Price is Right?

You're on to me! Worse....I'm secretly a dark cloth dealer and this is my new line coming out. Just trying to build buzz. My previous 1600 posts were just a smokescreen in preparation for this day! :)

Pretty sure based on the sewing job that it's custom and probably only means something to the original owner.
