A number of "analogue" lenses, both Rodenstock and Schneider, are listed. Some have a price given, some say "on request". My guess is probably as good as anyone's, and my guess here is that when this was put together the lenses where the price is "on request" were in shorter supply than those for which an actual price is given.
Lots of nice stuff here, I think. Prices are in Euros.
