Question about Shutter

I just bought a Wollensak Velostigmat series 1 triple convertible 12 1/2 inch lens in an Auto shutter off of the auction site. B and T are working properly, but all of the other speeds on the shutter open and then close immediately. (probably around 1/25th of a second) Would a CLA likely fix some of the speeds or should I just use it as is. I only paid $66 and since I plan on using slower x-ray film my exposures will probably be longer anyway.
