late deardorff V5

I saw one somewhere that has a square-ish bed plate and other odd hardware. Anyone have one like this?

Jack Deardorff tried a reboot from Indiana with a square (rounded corners) bedplate.......didn't get very far before his health failed., Check me if I'm wrong. Not much in writing post Glory Days. I have not asked Ken Hough nor Barry C. about this, as all my Deardorff cameras have been 1970s or earlier.....
