Focusing the Wista 45RF with film loaded

Hi,
I'm currently oogling the Wista 45RF as a rangefinder and want to use it loaded with a Grafmatic film holder. My question is is it still possible to look through and focus with the rangefinder when a film-holder is loaded?

The short answer is yes, but things will not work out well for your focus if you use any of the movements like tilt or swing.
