Over Exposure

I've been working through all my workflow trying to figure out how I got this.

Emptied the grafmatic in a dark bag straight into a daylight tank with no issues with the batch before or after.

I took doubles but I'm a bit stumped.

I don't see over exposure as your subject line suggests I see see what may be light leeks in the bottom two corners.

Yes, in a circular shape at the bottom of the image. How (light tight) is attached the lens to the lens plate?

Just looked and the lens wasn't completely tight in the board. I must have loosened it when I put on a lens shade. Thanks!
