I have an AS 4x5 F-Line Classic with the standard bellows and rail. Can I use the Fujinon C 450mm lens with this setup without buying the long bellows and a rail extension?

The flange focal length for the 450 C is about 425mm. So, measure from your film plane to about 3/4" ahead of the lens board. If you have at least 425mm of distance in that measurement, the 450 C will focus at infinity. If you need closer focusing you'll need commensurately more bellows travel.

Based on previous posts, it appears that the 38mm standard bellows will work with the 450mm lens, but with little room to spare. I wonder if the lens with work with the standard two 15cm telescoping rail sections, without purchasing a longer rail section. I measured per Steve's advice above and it would appear I have enough room, but I would have more confidence if someone had success using the standard setup and that lens.

I have this lens and use it on my 8x10 Arca. I have attempted to use it on my 4x5 F-metric with telescoping rail and the standard bellows. There is not enough draw..Evan Clarke
