No. I file my work with the Copy Right Office in DC. Personally, I only do direct, rights managed licensing between the company/user and I. The "free" distribution of my work via Creative Commons has no appeal for me. I also do not use any 3rd party licensing services (too little money in it; IMO).

No. My copyright is files with LOC - that provides maximum protection. While I am no attorney, in my mind offering CC license only opens the door for people to squeeze in in the gray area, which weakens the true copyright protection. Any time you have text that defines limits, people will try to parse that text to get away with something. If people want to use my images for free, they are welcome to contact me and ask.

You should also note that Creative Commons does not protect your work. Only a Copyright can do that. Creative Commons defines terms in which others may user your work free of charge.
