Eversmart Pro 2 Errors

Hello again,

It seems that i have a few errors and i am not sure where do they comes from. I am just setting up the scanner Eversmart pro 2, the Ratoc is working fine, but when i try to install the extra utilities here is what i am getting :

when i do the diagnostic i end up with this :

For info i run with a G5, 10,4,11 and 2.6 (also tried with 2.3.5 and get an error that it us not a creo brand name scanner)

Feel free to let me know if you have any idea on how to solve the problem.

For those wandering,

This problem was solved with the help of michael from genesis, I just cleaned properly the all scanner and unmounted/remounted all the electronic cards. It somehow worked.
