"Old" Camera repair ?

I have a couple of shutters in lenses I bought on eBay that are in need of cleaning and lubricating - general once-over. I live on Long Island / New York area, but I'm willing to ship it out for work. I brought them to the local camera repair place, but they said "Oh, the guy who worked on that kind of thing retired 10 years ago..." Does anyone have a good repair guy who can do this for me?
