Another Affordable 6x17 Back?

After having read Kerry Thalmann's excellent article on the DAYI 6x17 rollfilm magazine (6x17 on a Shoestring, Sept./Oct. issue View Camera), I was intrigued to see that another affordable 6x17 back appears to be on the horizon.

Has anybody else heard of this product? I'll be interested to see how it compares to the Shen-Hao mfg. DAYI magazine in terms of fit, finish and functionality. (Sorry for the alliteration!)

Yes this is confusing. The 6x17 back illustrated on http://www.shen-hao.com (http://www.shen-hao.com) looks very much like the Kangtai KT617 http://www.ktcamera.com/kt617/KT617-eng.htm (http://www.ktcamera.com/kt617/KT617-eng.htm) looks like they have changed its look and what Kerry Thalmann has tested is a very early model.

By the way who is this Japanese manufacturer producing the 6x17 roll film back designed for 4x5 cameras? Never heard of them before.
