I recently acquired a 21 cm CZJ Tessar in a sunk mount B VII form the early twenties. The lens is in good condition, but the aperture scale does not line up with the marking on the barrel.

Does any of you know how to fix this, or should I just accept that aperture rings, and in particular diaphragms, are way too complicated to mess with – and just make a new marking on the barrel from where to read the aperture?
