copal shutter repair

I have a minor problem with my copal 0 shutter, the shutter cocking lever is broken. Is the procedure to replace the cocking lever complicated?

Finding parts might be the bigger issue. Is enough of the lever left to JB Weld something onto it?

parts aren't going to be cheap, FYI.

I'm buying spare whole shutters(usually w/ cheap scratched up lenses) to keep as spares, so I can keep parts costs for the future in-check.
