I was looking for a wide lens (75-90-110) to use on my 4x5 camera, with more generous coverage. Are there any 8x10 lenses at such short focal lengths? What about wa lenses for the 5x7?
Thanks

The Super-Angulon XL lenses are all very generous in coverage for both 4x5 and 5x7

The widest generally available lens for 8x10 is the Nikon 150/8. There are some others like the Hypergon which is something like an 80 but it is a very rare lens indeed.

The 72mm SAXL from Schneider is generally considered the widest 5x7" lens.

For 8x10, many use the Nikkor 120mm, Rodenstock Grandagon 115mm and/or the Schneider 110mm SSXL.

There is a recent thread about wide angle lenses.

Thanks Lachlan. I think I found the thread you mention, but its not exactly what I am asking about.
However, Schneider SA 72 XL may fit the bill...

It'll be 'king wide on 5x7!! Research the need for the CF with this lens, particularly with 'chromes.

My 120/8 fujinon works quite well on 8x10, with some movements. I don't shoot chromes but I haven't ever noticed significant falloff in my negatives.
