I use an earlier version of those sticks and they work perfectly fine for 4x5 with a 410 head.

I have this tripod. For a lighter weight 4x5 field camera like my Chamonix, it works very nicely. One caveat, though: If you are taller than 6 feet, this pod may be too short for comfort. The lever-style locks are smooth and lock down tight.

At the current B&H price, this is a great deal if you're looking for nice CF tripod!
