So i receive today a Compound no5 shutter which is quite unique for my knowledge and experience. I upload some images with red marks for "parts" which functions i don`t get. Anybody can help ?

It looks like someone rigged it up with a bi-post flash adapter. Over near the cocking lever is probably the trigger?

...so is it possible that all strange parts have been added not by manufacturer but by previous owner ? Besides all shutter speeds are the same - around 1/15sek.

Definitely by the previous owner. Check to see that the piston in the tube at the top moves freely. Clean it but no lubrication! Wait several seconds after cocking it before releasing the shutter.

...so i cleand up the piston as you said but nothing changed. The best solution will be send it to repairmen i think.
