Linhof Tecknika serial number

Hi:

I am trying to identify the year and model of a Linhof. The serial number from the top of the camera is C541453. If you one knows of a web site that would be a resource for this - I'd appreciate it. Or if you could help me ID it that would be great. I have included a few pics as well.
