View Full Version : Are the rear frames of Sinar bellows of differing sizes?

Hi,

A while back, I bought some Sinar wide angle bellows for my Sinar F. The front frame of the bellows fits fine, but the rear frame of the bellows is too small for the rear frame of the camera. The longer bellows the camera came with have a rear frame of around 12"x12". The wide angle ones I bought are 10.75" x 10.75", and are therefore unusable. As I search for wide angle bellows that fit, does anyone know whether I should be asking for bellows for the Sinar F vs. the Sinar P, or did I just get sold the wrong bellows for Sinar completely?

Thanks!

- Peter

Ooops, I should have said that I am talking about 8x10 bellows.

There are indeed two bellow sizes for the 8x10 Sinar depending on the back you have. The metered back is larger than the non-metered back. I have both ...

I have a non metered camera and its bellows are larger.
