Graphex Sync Switch

I have a Graphex Wollensak Shutter that has off, 0, 5, 20 marked where a switch slides...

I plan on using a studio strobe. It fires at all 3 settings [5,10,20] but would would the difference be between the 3?

Those are milliseconds of delay between flash ignition and shutter full open. For a studio strobe you would want "OFF" or "0", which should be the same.
