Help identifying a lens

Any help on what this lens is, it has no aperture marking but i'm guessing it around the f2.8 200mm because of the size of the thing. The dimensions are 4" long and 3.5inc wide.

Could it be a Smogabuggafeekon? All seriousness aside, it doesn't have a build like anything I've ever seen, and is just rough enough to probably be the inside of an old process device.

The front and rear threads--as well as the front and rear glass--look exactly like an Aero Ektar, but the barrel appears to have been modified.

Agreed, aero ektar. This lens was on ebay recently.
