View Full Version : masks for iqsmart3 - how to use them?

hello all,

I recently inherited an iQsmart 3 scanner (my new job) and would love to use the large 4x5 mask that comes with the scanner. However, I can't figure out how to get it to show up on the list of options for scanning. Anyone have an idea of how to make that work? It looks like right now, I can only scan individual 4x5 or I have to do a custom build of a mask to get it to work.

Any help would be most appreciated.

Karen

Thanks for the welcoming and also for the information. I don't seem to get the the "Set Folder for Tables" question when I turn everything on, so I guess I'll try to reinstall the SW. I see the tables in the folder, but can't seem to link them up.

I appreciate the help. I hadn't seen that string in the archives.

All the best,
Karen
