Speedotron problem : plug stuck into the generator

Hi !

Since tonight (...), one of the head plug is stuck into the generator on 1200W. I can't remove this f****** plug GRrRrr!! I pulled onto it but noway. I don't understand why this plug is stuck like that... Do you have an idea to remove it ?
I can pulled a little with the spring, but no more.. It's a 2403 pack.

Called a capacitor I believe. It probably arced and is basically welded together. Its likely that both parts will need to be replaced-not unusual.

Sounds like you plugged the head in while the pack was energized/fired but without a head connected.

That will weld the plug to the socket contact.

Both components should be replaced, since they would not make proper contact again after separation.
