Does anyone know where in Basel I can develop 4x5 neg's and also buy chemical.

if you can't find the chemistry right there in basel, and don't mind a drive ..
there is a camera store in belfort that sells ilford photochems paper and film.
if i was there still ( july ) i would have processed your film for you, but
you'd have to settle for caffenol -c, easy to mix, easy to use ...
