My Kardan came with #021805 ground glass with multi-format scoring, the largest being 9x12 cm. Is there a graund glass available that shows 4x5 markings?

Thanks.

Yes, ignore the lines if it's a 4x5 camera.

What should be the guides then: http://static.bhphoto.com/images/images500x500/31258.jpg (source: www.bhphotovideo.com)

The guide for 4x5 is what is marked off as 9 x 12 in the picture.

9x12 cm is smaller than 4x5 inch, hence my initial question.

9x12cm is the accurate actual exposed part of 4x5 film. 3.54" (sometimes 3.69") x 4.72". The lost dimension are the parts of the film covered by the film retaining slots and flap. Take the conservative measurement marked by 9x12.

I replied too fast; thanks!

Well, I have just measured the lines and they are not 9x12 cm in size but smaller, suggesting they are guides for 9x12 film. Still need to know how far the 4x5 film reaches on my ground glass.

pop the back off, put a holder in with the dark slide out, eyeball it.

A sound advice. All my backs are loaded at the moment but will do as suggested as soon as possible. A proper GG would still be great.

You were quite correct, the whole glass represents the actual image on a 4x5 sheet.
