View Full Version : Tim Atherton?
Hi All,
Was a member here some time ago - just dipping back in trying to find Tim Atherton.
Last I heard from him was a few years back following a car accident - nothing since then.
His blog is silent... anyone know where to start looking?
Regards,
D.

I hadn't heard about the car accident. IIRC he was going to do some travelling and that was the last I'd heard.
I hope he's alright!
Hey John,
Yes - Tim and I had been emailing back and forth - then I was made aware of the accident then... nothing.
This was a few years ago and I haven't managed to find him since.
If anyone has a good place to start/info or a way to point Tim in my direction I'd be forever grateful.
stap isi,
D.

Tim posted on the Forum early last year, he'd been quite ill. You can search for his posts.

Thanks Ian,
I tried to run a search but I can't get it to spit out anything I can decipher...
Not good to hear he'd been ill.
Hopefully I can find him.
Stap isi,
D.

Indeed sad news.
Very sad indeed. Tim was one of my favorite voices here and in the blog world.

He was one of the writers here who made this site special. Damn.

A couple of years ago I sent him an email wondering where he had went as I hadn't seen him here, but got no reply. Sorry to hear about this. Sad.
Ah sad to hear.
Last word I got (as stated earlier) was years ago after a car accident. I didn't hear anything back after that from any of his contact addresses.
He certainly was a valuable contributor to the picture world - his thoughts and his snaps.

Mr. Atherton was one of the people whose intelligence and perception kept me challenged. Certainly he made me think, hard, more than a few times, and I valued his posts. May he rest in peace.
