Visited the website for the credo 80mp and searched Douglas Dolde's sample images of the Grand Canyon. I don't ever recall yLF images (both color and B&W) quite hitting the DR, clarify and resolution of those images. IMHO with such stunning impact. Dykinga's and Till have some images which resonate with me but this is beyond my expectation. Apparently Dolde uses a recent ditigal Cambo with the back. Impressive stuff.

No. Doug is a member here but hasn't been around in a few years. http://www.largeformatphotography.info/forum/showthread.php?54723-Aptus-5-Announced

Thanks Vinny for the link. I remember reading that he "graduated" from 4x5 to the Aptus and now the Credo.

Jeezum that's not dynamic range, that's candy-a$$ faux Velvetta post-processing.... You can do that with film too, just smoke some crack before you sit down to Photoshop.
