I think I went to ebay heaven. Just bought a Sinar P in 8x10 with standard and W/A bellows, 2 film holders, 450mm Ziess lens, 32" rail and hard case for $850! I've been looking for an 8x10 but the prices were always pretty high. Adding on accessories would raise the cost even more. To make this deal even sweeter I already have a complete Sinar P system in 4x5. I think I did good. I hope there is nothing to burst my bubble.

I lugged my 4x5 Sinar through Bryce and Zion. Not too bad if I stayed withing a 1/4 mile of the car.

I carry my 5x7 Sinar P around. It can be done.
You got an excellent deal. That plus being in Maine are 2 pieces of good fortune.

I no longer take my 4x5 kit anywhere that a roll-around set up can't go.

I have access to both 8x10 and 4x5 Sinar and have been using them for my Solarization project , along with a 100 year old studio Camera. I work in my shop only.
I agree that you have scored well, The Sinars are wonderful to work with.
