The lens' native habitat is a Xerox machine

Oh, the same guy who sold some shady lens for just a million bucks. Yes, I do believe he should be institutionalized.

From his eBay page:

Contact information
DallasVLADIMIR@aol.com >>> NO PHONE Calls... IT means NO In-coming Telephone CALLS are ACCEPTED. I'm NOT that TYPE a PERSON, WHO is SPEAKING to TELEPHONES.

I am dazzled. He is not speaking to telephones. I wonder if he is willing to talk to, lets say, a hairdryer?

How about this title he has for an unmarked chrome projector tube? LECA S2 HASSELBLAD H3 68mm F2 645 MEDIUM FORMAT ANTIQUE LENS CINE RARE DOUBLET 221242507397. What a freeking moron.

There's going to be some very disappointed buyers when they learn they should research a hunk of glass before buying, and not trust a shyster salesman. $1000 for a Taylor xerox lens already sold and several strange parts for $1650. I think this is one of those strange money laundering schemes you sometimes see on Ebay. The ones were $50 items keep selling for $1000. Or maybe there is a market for these strange parts.

Well we have a saying here in Estonia - "Lollilt tulebki raha ära võtta", what means when translated roughly that you should take money away from a fool...but the seller in this case should be at least considered a burden to the state if you know what i mean.

Possibly a money laundering scheme...

Well, I do like that he offers customer support.

"Hello? Yes, I just bought a POS Soviet aerial lens for one million dollars from you..."

Hilarity ensues.
