specs for carl zeiss jena ddr tessar f4.5 / 360mm

hi

i recently purchase a carl zeiss jena ddr tessar f4.5 / 360mm.

it is a heavy lens

i want to get a flange for it.
i am not sure how to determine the threading
does anyone know if this is metric or us imperial?
the back diameter circle of the lens is 4.25 inches

would it be better to get a mounting flange or mounting retainer / ring?

any help would be appreciated

The mounting thread is M110x1. The filter thread is M105x1.
My own humble advice would be, don't hesitate to mount it the way you find the most easy to arrange....
