I just called Calumet Photo and found that they no longer sell the Zone VI exposure record forms (3x5 with holes to fit small binder). Does anyone know of other sources for exposure record forms, other than DIY? Thanks in advance.

You could photocopy the ones on Ansel adams "The negative" book and use them. They are on pages 65 and 265..

You could use the one in Adams' book or you could just make your own. I did. And it's customized to how I work.

Fine Art Photo Supply sells similarly sized ones. I believe theirs are gummed into a pad.

In this day of computers, MS Word and Excel, and all manner of printers, why not go DIY? Make the form *you* need and run off a bunch on 3x5 blank index cards. If you want 'em in a pad, you can probably buy the red glue to coat one side of the stack- presto, a pad of custom exposure forms.

Make the form yourself, take it to Kinko's, tell them you want 100 or 200 or whatever number copied and put in a spiral binder or in one of the other types of "books" they can make. Sorry to see that yet another Zone VI Studios product has been discontinued by Calumet. Calumet's complete botch of what must have been a costly acquisition could be a case study in an MBA program.

I did mine in Excel. I'm going to go to Kinkos and have them make a pad. Let me know if you want a copy, I'll email you the file.
