View Full Version : Filter Thread Size for Schneider-Kreuznach Super-Angulon 75mm f/8?

Hey everyone. I've done some searching and I did find this chart: http://www.schneideroptics.com/pdfs/photo/LensCharts.pdf (the thread I found is from 2006, so I didn't want to post in such an old thread)

On that chart, I see a 75mm f/5.6 listed, which indicates a screw-in thread size of 67mm. This matches my Fuji 90mm f/8 lens, which also has a 67mm thread size, so I'm guessing this is probably accurate?

Does anyone have the Schneider 75mm f/8 lens that can verify filter thread size? I don't have the lens yet, which is why I'm asking.

Thanks for any help!

Eric,

There are lens comparison charts on the LF Home Page.

The info. you need is available there.

Click on the lighter blue tool bar above. Scroll down.

Unfortunately that chart doesn't have my lens. But all of the various 75mm lenses on that chart are also showing a 67mm filter thread size, so I'm guessing that's what mine will be as well.

Thanks for responding!

My 65mm and 75mm f8 Super angulons are both M49 filter thread, data is here on Schneider's site (https://www.schneideroptics.com/info/vintage_lens_data/large_format_lenses/super-angulon/) as well. A very useful resource.

Excellent. I hadn't found that section of their website. Thank you for the link!
