Eversmart Supreme Replacement Lamps?

Does anyone know how I would go about getting a replacement transparency lamp for a Creo Scitex Eversmart Supreme? I tried asking Kodak on one of their contact pages, but never received a reply. I may have been in the wrong area to ask though.

Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

Problem Solved! I reopened the top lid cover to clean the upper glass and under the hood. When I picked up the scanner I locked the two points as described in the manual before moving it. After getting it home I thought I had unlocked it, but the screw holding the latch lever in place had loosened and the carriage was not able to unlock. I tightened the screw and all is well. I just completed a transparency preview and it is being scanned now. Some times it is the simplest things that cause problems.
