I disagree. I think there's real value to be had in the reviewer not being given any verbal context.
I agree with this observation.
The lighter leaves appear to have been dodged. This makes the image feel more alive but when dodging is excessive it can look contrived.
Damn. Which areas in the image look like they're dodged to you?
