Very nice portrait Mark. I really like the signature from your Vitax
There may not be a high demand for images like this and i don't know why but, you are creating a high demand for high school girls and Vitax lenses

My friends Erin and Jeff are getting married this year. They asked me to do their wedding announcement photos, so I built this "paper moon" set for them.

    Century Studio 10A w/8x10 back
"Hot Wasabi Peatzval" a.k.a. modified Seroco Portrait Lens Series II 6½x8½ f-5
    Ilford HP5 Plus / Rodinal 1+50
(The image is cropped to fit a standard postcard format.)

Resting the head against the chair makes for a nice effect sometimes, and reduces the chance of moving between focusing and exposing, always a worry with that thin, thin depth of field. What I really wish for, and may try to make someday, is a rotating back so it would be easy to just set whtever angle.
    Mark,
I have a Majestic head with geared movements that would make this tilt very simple. I never thought of it for this use. I've only done 90 degree rotation to get vertical shots with a horizontal camera.
    Thanks for the idea!

Nice Erin and Jeff. Mark Sawyer, your shots are amazing.

My small talk about large format:

Made with Fujinon 210/5,6 on cheapy but firm Penta 45F.

Efke 100 PL M with Pyrocat HD 2:2:100 5:00 at 24'. Local store ran out of it and I now kind'a miss it.

All shots exposed for 1 seconds.
