    Cyrus: could you please explain what you've done? I've never heard the phrase "graph-check sequence."

    I've had one - in fact.. when I was in H.S., the golf coach took a pix of my swing with one

    mostly to show the team how NOT to swing (I wasn't on the team, but hung out with them often)

    one adjusts the speed of the sequence to the length of the golf or baseball swing

    I used Ilford HP5+
    I think the 400
