The camera is equipped with a Heliar 4.5/24 cm No. 3125563 and a matching cam (should it matter).

1951 Technika III, the matching cam is critical if you want the rangefinder to track properly.

A friend of mine has recently come across a couple of Linhof cameras, some lenses and backs in his Late Grandfathers estate,
The Collection is as follows:
Linhof Standard Press Serial #41843
Schneider-Kreuznach Xenar 150mm f4.5 Serial 2895680 with number matching Cam
Schneider-Kreuznach Tele-Xenar 240mm f5.5 Serial #2697036
Linhof Rollex 6x9 back Serial#71015

There is also a kit with:

SChneider-Kreuznach Angulon 65mm f6.8 Serial #2530404

41843 is about 1952
43033 is a Technika III from 1951.
The factory no longer has repair parts or service for either.

Probably you have Technika 23, 6x9, the "B" below the serial # stands for Biogon, technika's delivered with Zeiss set, had a different viewfinder to accommodate the wider view of the 53mm biogon. the others with the Schneider with the Angulon 65mm , did not have the B
