Wide Angle Rectilinear Set

I picked up this whole plate wide angle rectilinear a while back and could never find anything about it. The only marking is for the Des Moines Photo Materials Co, which I'd assume to be a reseller, not the manufacturer. It consists of four lenses, numbered 1 through 4. A previous owner made up a cheat sheet of the combinations and focal length (I have yet to try it to see if it's right). Anyone know anything about this?

Since there's been a lot of WAR activity today, maybe someone recognizes this lens?

137mm at its widest, with claimed coverage of whole plate.
