Not brian but for my 45N-2 I picked up a Feisol 3401. Only weighs a couple pounds and supports the camera perfectly. Only complaint is that its max height is about 5 inches shorter than the heavier manfrotto that I own. Might not be as big of an issue for you I'm 6' 3"

I bought a Triopo CF tripod for about $220 shipped; it came with a ball head.
The tripod folds very small and is very light, yet it is rated for 14kg (about 30lbs.).
I've used my TK45, Wista RF and smaller cameras on it.
Build quality is 6/10, but so far it has taken a lot of abuse, and all it says is "Thank you, sir! May I have another?!"

I have a Aluminum Benro, with a small ballhead, works great! I think it ran me around $300, much less expensive than the boutique, overpriced brands like Gitzo where you're only paying for a name and just as good if not better.
