Wollensak Velostigmat Series VI f2

It's too short a focal length for me, but the auction site has a Wollensak I've not seen before, and cannot find anything on. An f2 Velo. Only 3 inch focal length though. Anyone know anything about these, seems awfully fast? Over in a few hours so hurry if interested.

PS: I don't usually "out" auctions, but this one doesn't seem to have much interest.

I believe that it is a cinema lens. Why it is mounted in a shutter is the mystery.
