how to attach old arca lenshood to arca F-line front standards

Hi folks, I have an old arca lenshood (one with the blades) that id like to attach to my F-line front standard, the old lenshood came with a bracket that has 2 screws by the sides, however the new fline standards dont hav the holes at the side, theres only one screw hole in the centre of the standard, therefore I can't attach the bracket to the standard. Anyone else in the same boat?

I have one of these. They're the best hood I've seen.

Check with The F-Stops Here or Badger Graphic. I believe if you get the 4x5 Compendium Holder and Rod, that would fit in the center on top of the front standard, you'll have a solution. I've never tried it, so check first.

Mine has a holder with two screw-in devices at either side. I have an older Classic F that still has the holes to match on either side of the front standard. I suspect that the check is whether or not the current rods are the same diameter as the older rods. If you already have the rod, you may only need the holder.

Hi just thought ppl would like to know, I decided i wasnt going to fork out $70 so I got some epoxy resin play-dough and attached 2 nuts with a (hole big enough for the rod) to the screw, it's ugly as hell but works perfectly.
