    Alex, I have to disagree with your title. It's not Scrooge nearly so much as it is Sean Connery in "The Great Train Robbery". Either way, it's one fine portrait. Congratulations!

    Just a big picture window, about 5ft x 5ft, on an overcast afternoon. The exposure time was around 1 sec and I pushed the film one stop to EI 800.

    I have to agree. It's an interesting portrait, but not how a native English speaking reader of Dickens would see Scrooge.

    First contribution to the portrait thread in a while.
    This was shot last year, but processed yesterday; the processing was pretty messed up, and the holder had a leak.
    Still, I rather like it.
