Questions for 5X7 Deardorff users...

What are the dimensions of the wood frame on the back of a Deardorff 5X7? I know that most B&J backs will fit an Eastman 2D, will a Deardorff also fit?

The Deardorff outer frame is 8 3/4" X 8 3/4". The inner, light trap, section is about 8 1/4" X 8 1/4". I think the B&J backs are smaller.
