Hello all,

I have been lurking in the classifieds and other parts of the forum for some time. Thanks to the search function and all the information here I have taken the plunge into Large Format and am just about ready to begin contributing.

The darkroom is still a work in progress so not too much happening just yet...

Welcome to the forum.
I'm in Canberra too. I do my processing and printing at Photo Access in Manuka as I don't have my own darkroom.

i just got a jobo drum and if you get a big change bag you do not need dark room...

mine takes 2 sheets of 810
fine
and only 100ml chem
v
1000ml tray
do z math

get cheap drum model 2800, just hand roll.

to hell with trays

Thanks all for the kind words, Seems there are a few Canberrans here if you know where to look.

Cosmic - Thanks for the advice on the drums, however I have been processing in trays and have had no issues so far.

Welly - Not sure if you made the connection, but the F2 I bought from you is great. Thanks!

The permanent darkroom is just about done so hopefully I can move all the stuff into there in a couple of weeks. Mum will be happy to have the laundry back.
